Publications Consulting services and methods

We offer several interlocking programs of consulting, teaching, and ongoing review, any or all of which you can take advantage of at reasonable fees. Everything is done on a negotiated fee-for-deliverables basis, and all of our programs are planned and documented to be in conformity with ISO 9000 and its derivatives.

The consulting that we do is in the form of the following programs:

• On-site analysis and assessment

• General design and development on and off site

• Workshops on and off site

• Staff training on and off site

• Follow-up and overflow assistance

• Long-term support

On-site work is arranged at your facility or other convenient location and on a schedule convenient for you. Off-site workshops and training are conducted at an excellent, economical facility near Greensboro, North Carolina, or at other locations to suit the client.

The first step is generally a telephone interview, followed by an on-site preliminary assessment. After the preliminary planning is done and an overall plan accepted by management, work proceeds as called for in the given situation.

After the system is implemented, David A. Cook and Associates will provide continuing support and quality review services as well as to provide overflow work and project assistance as needed.

Please note: We are not a personnel firm, and do not provide support staffing services. All contracting arrangements for overflow work are made by other means; however, our experience and knowledge of the field enable us to contact and recommend the very best contract assistance available, and to assist in making arrangements for your needs.
